2. What We Guarantee

  • You will receive the number of verified matches as per the package you select (e.g., 10, 25 or 50 profiles).

  • All matches will be manually screened by our team to ensure compatibility based on your preferences (community, education, profession, location, etc.).

  • Profiles are shared only after candidates are verified and consented for introduction.

3. Payment Structure

  • No upfront charges. You only pay once we are ready to provide your shortlisted matches.

  • Payment is tied to packages:

    • Package 1: Up to 10 matches

    • Package 2: Up to 25 matches

    • Package 3: Up to 50 matches

  • If you wish to continue beyond your chosen package, you may purchase another package at any time.

4. Refunds & Non-Delivery

  • If we are unable to provide at least two verified matches within 90 days of your registration, you will be eligible for a full refund (if you’ve already paid).

  • If you choose to discontinue before we begin curating matches, you will not be charged.

  • Refunds are not applicable if:

    • You reject all matches provided.

    • You provide incomplete or misleading personal information.

    • You withdraw from the process voluntarily after receiving matches.

5. User Responsibilities

To qualify under this policy, you must:

  • Provide complete and accurate personal and preference details.

  • Be responsive to our matchmakers’ communication.

  • Respect the confidentiality of matches shared with you.

6. Disclaimer

  • While we guarantee the delivery of curated matches, we cannot guarantee marriage or relationship success.

  • We are not responsible for the personal decisions made after introductions.
